Within easy access from Paris main international airports and train stations, and by direct ferries from UK, the shrine of Our Lady of Montligeon welcomes all, throughout the year. Check here for useful information (access, map, shedules).

Specific organisation has been set up so as to respect the current health situation (see below). However, it does rely on the full cooperation of all so as to protect themselves and people at risk.

As from 30th November, marking the end of the “Heavenly Pilgrimages”, on week days (Mondays till Saturdays) prayers and celebrations will take place at the Chapel of the Resurrection at the main building (the Hermitage) until Palm Sunday.

Health regulations requirements

Complying with the Prefecture of Orne Department, we would like to remind you that wearing a mask at all times within the shrine and its domain is compulsory. Please make sure to comply with the following:

Getting to Montligeon

By train

To Nogent-le-Rotrou train station. The village of La Chapelle-Montligeon lies 17 miles.

By bus

From Nogent-le-Rotrou train station to La Chapelle-Montligeon. Bus Line N°70 (from Nogent-le-Rotrou to Alençon).

• From Paris : reach the N12 highway, leave at Feings and follow til La Chapelle-Montligeon. • From Rouen : reach the  A28 motorway, leave at Gacé  and follow through Mortagne-au-Perche, then direction Rémalard, and follow La Chapelle-Montligeon.
